DAVID VALADAO STATEMENT ON SUPREME COURT DACA RULING
Hanford, CA – David Valadao issued the following statement after the United States Supreme Court ruled in favor of DACA recipients.
“The Supreme Court’s ruling today is a great victory for Dreamers in California’s 21st Congressional District and across America. These young people make significant contributions to our communities each and every day. They were brought to the United States through no fault of their own and have lived with uncertainty about their future for far too long. Both parties in Congress need to stop playing politics and provide DACA recipients with a path to citizenship that will give them the certainty they deserve.”
David G. Valadao represented the 21st Congressional District from 2013-2019, which includes Kings County and portions of Fresno, Tulare, and Kern Counties.
